“Nature harmony with the Raku technique”

Rita Miranda was born in Todi in Italy, where she lives and works.
She started very young, in parallel with her scientific studies, the practice of drawing and painting.
Then, she identified the Raku as the most appropriate technique to develop her creativity through the Nature inspiration.
She studied ceramic techniques with the master Enzo Tilia and in the Nino Caruso’studio.
Collaborative meetings with the artists Piero Dorazio, Bruno Ceccobelli and Jacqueline Ryan were very important for her inspiration.

The course will focus on the pieces building, to finish, after the bisque firing, with a Raku firing and smoking.
